Angel Witch - Angel Witch (1980)

Esta banda fue fundada bajo el nombre de Lucifer e inicialmente compuesta por Kevin Heybourne en la guitarra y en las vocales, Bob Downing en la guitarra, Kevin Riddles en el bajo y en la bateria Dave Hogg. Cambiaron su nombre a Angel Witch, cuando entonces Bob Downing dejò la banda.
En 1980, Bronze Recors acogiò esta banda y pronto comenzaron a grabar y lanzar su album debut, llamado igualmente, Angel Witch. Este album es considerado uno de los mas notables del New Wave Of British Heavy Metal, pero desafortunadamente despues de lanzar el album al mercado, la estructura de la banda comienza a caer. Este album tambien tiene una influencia de Speed Metal. Kevin Riddles y Dave Hogg dejaron la banda para unirse a Tytan, ignorando los intentos de Heybourne para continuar la banda con otros musicos. El fin de la banda fue declarado y se uniò a Deep Machine.

The 3rd and the Mortal es una banda Noruega de iniciós de los 90´s, fue fundada en 1992 por Rune Hoemsnes, Finn Olav Holthe, Geir Nilssen, Trond Engum y la cantante Kari Rueslåtten. En sus comienzos, la banda dio un giro drástico a la escena underground de aquella época, ya que lo que en esos tiempos saturaba a la escena subterranea era el clásico Doom Metal con voces guturales masculinas, el Death Metal y la cumbre de las bandas Black Metal nórdicas.
